About me
I didn’t come to this work through training.
I came to it because my body changed.
Because things I once relied on—movement, sensation, ease, identity—shifted, disappeared, and became unfamiliar. My body didn’t feel like it was mine anymore.
And I wanted it back.
No one tells you how to live inside a body that no longer feels like yours.
There was profound grief, and deafening disconnection.
Pleasure felt distant, unreachable.
There was also something else—a slow, sometimes quiet, oftentimes raw process of finding my way back.
Not back to who I was, but toward a different kind of relationship with my body.
One rooted in listening instead of forcing.
In curiosity instead of shame.
In presence.
In sensation, even when it felt subtle, foreign, or complicated.
Over time, I began to understand that the body doesn’t disappear.
It changes. It adapts. It speaks differently.
And there are always pathways to aliveness.

My Work
I guide people who are living in bodies that have changed—through disability, illness, or profound life shifts—back into relationship with themselves.
Not through fixing.
Not through pushing.
But through attention, presence, and embodied exploration. Through connection, community, creativity, and self-love. Through our undeniable humanness.
My work is rooted in:
deep listening
accessible ritual
nervous system awareness
sensual and erotic reconnection
grief and identity integration
radical self-trust and self-love
I’m interested in the places where grief and pleasure coexist.
Where identity is being rewritten.
Where the body is asking to be met differently.
This work is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about discovering what is still possible—and what might be waiting on the other side of this moment—within the body you have now.
⸻
How I Hold This Work
I approach this as a collaborative, consent-based process.
You are always in charge of your body.
We move at your pace.
Nothing is forced.
This is non-clinical work.
It may include emotional, sensory, and erotic exploration—but it is always self-directed and optional.
My role is to hold a space where you can:
be witnessed without needing to perform
feel what is present, without needing to rush past it
explore new ways of relating to your body, safely and honestly
⸻
The Land
My work takes place on Madeline Island,
known as Mooningwanekaaning-minis—Island of the Yellow Flicker—in the waters of Lake Superior.
This land is not just a setting. It’s part of the experience.
The water, the wind, the quiet, the creatures, the beauty, the pace—
they shape how we listen, how we soften, how we reconnect.
This is the ancestral land of the Anishinaabe people.
I am a guest and a caretaker here, and I approach this work with that awareness and love.

A Final Note
If your body feels unfamiliar…
if something in you has shifted and you’re still trying to understand how to live inside that…lovingly, joyfully, expansively…
you’re not alone in that experience.
And you don’t have to navigate it alone, either.
If you feel something here, you can begin with a conversation.
